November 11, 2015, 12:00 p.m. — The high school football regular season came to a dramatic end in the Washington, D.C. metro region. Week 11 saw a slew of fantastic plays, including lengthy touchdown passes, trick plays and game-winning scores.
Here are the Top 10 plays from the weekend:
No. 10: Sidwell Friends senior quarterback finds junior receiver Dylan Greynolds for the lengthy touchdown.
No. 9: South Lakes senior Eric Kirlew runs for the long touchdown.
No. 8: Woodgrove junior quarterback Mike Kovich hits junior receiver Mason Gryniuk for the long score.
No. 7: Gwynn Park senior receiver Andre Gray takes two short passes in for lengthy scores.
No. 6: Bishop Ireton junior Kojo Oteng blocks the punt through the back of the end zone.
No. 5: Wilson quarterback Steve Williams hits junior receiver Khaleb Coleman for the touchdown.
No. 4: Madison pulls off the hook and ladder as senior quarterback Jason Gastrock finds Jordan Ebersole who pitches to Landan Thomas for the score.
No. 3: Tuscarora senior quarterback Daniel Smith tosses the game-winner to Gunnar Biebighauser.
No. 2: St. John’s freshman running back Joachim Bangda gets in for the game-winner on fourth down.
No. 1: South County senior running back DeMarcus Ramsey scores the game-winner in overtime.
