November 2, 2015, 12:00 p.m. — The high school football regular season is nearing the end in the Washington, D.C. metro region. Week 10 saw a slew of fantastic plays, including great defensive stands, long touchdown passes and game-winning scores.
Here are the Top 10 plays from the weekend:
No. 10: Madison senior safety Paul Gerdon returns the interception for the score to seal the victory.
No. 9: Dominion senior quarterback Scotty Forbes completes the deep pass to sophomore receiver George Richardson for the touchdown.
No. 8: Annandale senior receiver Tim Johnson takes the pitch in for a lengthy touchdown.
No. 7: Centreville senior running back Kyle Richbourg catches the pass from junior quarterback Jameel Siler and completes the long score.
No. 6: Arundel senior quarterback Donte Thompson keeps it for the lengthy touchdown run.
No. 5: Howard senior running back Malik Anderson returns the punt the length of the field for the score.
No. 4: Oakland Mills senior wide receiver Shawn Harris catches the pass from sophomore quarterback Aaron Gibson and goes the length of the field for the touchdown.
No. 3: Stone Bridge senior running back Dewayne Winston runs for the go-ahead touchdown.
No. 2: McNamara junior running back Xavier Williams gets into the end zone for the go-ahead score.
No. 1: W.T. Woodson junior quarterback Jojo Heisley finds senior receiver Jack Caldwell in the end zone for the game-winner in overtime.
