October 26, 2015, 12:00 p.m. — High school football is well underway in the Washington, D.C. metro region. Week 9 saw a slew of fantastic plays, including great defensive stands, record-breaking performances and game-winning scores.
Here are the Top 10 plays from the weekend:
No. 10: Annandale senior receiver Colin Corey makes the tough grab in the back of the end zone from from senior quarterback Tucker Mack.
No. 9: Northwest senior cornerback Martin Foray blocks the kick and senior Ibrahim Konate returns it for the touchdown.
No. 8: Bethesda-Chevy Chase senior quarterback Ryan Dimmick throws a bomb to junior Jose Chavez for the score.
No. 7: McNamara junior Charles Kelly finds senior receiver Camari Murray for the touchdown, as Murray would break several WCAC receiving records.
No. 6: Whitman junior quarterback Matt Clayton runs 98 yards for the touchdown.
No. 5: Hayfield senior cornerback Terrell Wheeler makes the game-saving interception.
No. 4: Sidwell Friends senior quarterback Ted Hefter connects with sophomore receiver Mark Chichester for the game-winner.
No. 3: Broad Run senior receiver Jaleel Robinson catches the game-winner from junior quarterback Kyle Brickerd in the second overtime.
No. 2: South Lakes sophomore quarterback Devin Miles throws for six touchdowns, including the game-winner to senior receiver Marvin Grunshie.
No. 1: Potomac (Md.) senior receiver Andre Hall catches the 75-yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Javonte Howard for the game-winner.
