DMVStream.com reveals Top 10 lacrosse plays of the season

June 19, 2017 5:30 p.m. — With the high school lacrosse season officially over, DMVStream.com revealed its top plays of the season, as announced by our Alex Littlehales.

Here are the Top plays from the season:

No. 10: Severna Park’s Trevor Patschorke gets knocked over but not before netting the goal.

No. 9: Briar Wood’s Cole Pearsall delivers the nasty behind-the-back shot against rival Stone Bridge.

No. 8: Landon’s Joey Epstein eludes a defender and dives forward, finding the space to nail the goal against St. Stephen’s/St. Agnes.

No. 7: Gonzaga’s Kyle Borda corrals the loose ball and finds the back of the net against Landon.

No. 6: Severna Park’s Josh Coffman shoots from deep, a la Steph Curry, for the goal.

No. 5: Episcopal’s Jack Kelly scoops up the faceoff and goes all the way for the unassisted goal.

No. 4: Magruder’s Jimmy Hasemann catches the errant pass and goes behind the back for an impressive goal.

No. 3: St. John’s Will Farrell shoots from an impossible angle and finds the back of the net against Gonzaga in the WCAC championship.

No. 2: Churchill’s Spencer Knife puts a Wootton defender in the spin cycle.

No. 1: Severna Park’s Michael Zichelli bulldozes his way to a goal.
