HOW THE TEAMS WERE SELECTED
The DMVSTREAM.COM ALL-DMV team is a compilation of the best high school football players from D.C., Maryland and Virginia within the DMVSTREAM.COM coverage area. The first and second team selections were chosen by our team of producers and talent at DMVSTREAM.COM. The first team selections were determined by our team choosing the PLAYER OF THE YEAR in the following coverage areas:
- Washington Catholic Athletic Conference
- Interstate Athletic Conference
- Independent Schools
- DCIAA
- Loudoun County
- Prince William County
- Fairfax County
- Prince George’s County
- Montgomery County
**Second team selections were considered runners-up to the PLAYER OF THE YEAR in the above-mentioned coverage areas.
