September 12, 2016, 12:00 p.m. — High school football has kicked off for all teams in the Washington, D.C. metro region. Week 2 saw a slew of fantastic plays, including lengthy touchdown runs, great passes and game-winners.

Here are the Top 10 plays from the weekend:

No. 10: Oakland Mills’ Jorie Kolliegbo breaks a 70-yard touchdown run.

No. 9: Centreville’s Jordan Wright intercepts a pass and then takes it back for a touchdown.

No. 8: Poolesville’s Travis Zinn blocks a punt and then recovers it in the endzone for a touchdown.

No. 7: North Point’s Savion Grant blocks a punt and recovers the ball just before it goes out of the endzone for a touchdown.

No. 6: Northwest’s Khalil Owens breaks multiple tackles on his way to a touchdown.

No. 5: South County’s Dillon Spalding does his best Randy Moss impersonation, making an incredible catch against Westfield.

No. 4: Madison’s Nick Quinto scores a 10-yard touchdown run with less than 2 minutes left to help the Warhawks beat Stone Bridge.

No. 3: Churchill’s Gabe Moore makes an incredible one-handed catch and prevents an interception in the process.

No. 2: Mount Vernon’s Timmy Heltzel finds Bobby Dixon for a 99-yard touchdown pass.

No. 1: Stuart’s Edwin Garcia scores the game-winning touchdown with 30 seconds left as the Raiders beat Herndon in a 50-46 shootout.
