February 13th, 2016, 12:00 p.m. –High school basketball is just getting started here in the Washington, D.C. region. Week 10 saw a slew of fantastic plays, including great passes, big dunks and game-winners.

Here are the Top plays from the weekend:

No. 10St. Albans junior guard Malcolm Spencer drives on the baseline and soars for a nasty 2-handed slam in the fourth quarter. Despite the play the Bulldogs would lose to the Little Hoyas 54-50.

No. 9Late in the 4th with Northwest trailing by two, guard Norval Black gets the tip in to send the game into overtime. Later Noble Nwokowa sticks in the putback to give the Jaguars the victory over Gaithersburg in Double-OT!

No. 8Bullis guard Vado Morse hits a clutch corner three to tie the game in the fourth quarter against Episcopal which sent the game to overtime, but the Maroon would win in overtime 64-62.

No. 7: Rock Creek Christian junior guard Jon Preston heaves a perfect pass down the court to junior guard Dillion Jackson, who throws down a monster dunk with the foul to complete the three point play. Despite the play, the Eagles  suffered their first loss of the season 64-58.

No. 6With South Lakes down 3 late, guard Cameron Savage shows he’s got ice in his veins, draining the three from NBA range to send it into overtime! The Seahawks would get revenge on the Hawks, beating them 66-64.

No. 5: Champe guard Dom Fragala continues his record breaking season, scoring 41 points in the Knight’s 86-79 victory. With that performance, Fragala joins the 800 points in a season club with Virginia’s All-Time greats like Scottie Reynolds, Moses Malone and Allen Iverson. Congrats to Dom!

No. 4Late in the 4th, Patriot guard Amanda Nhek drills the corner shot as the buzzer sounds to send the game into overtime! The Pioneers went on to beat the Battlefield 56-52

No. 3After Einstein hit a three to take the lead with less than 5 seconds left, Wildcats guard Chris Carlyle gets the ball, pulls up from the volleyball line and drills it at the buzzer to give Walter Johnson the thrilling victory!

No. 2With the Highlanders trailing by 2 and just over 2 seconds left, Vanessa Barlow hits the first free-throw. Then she misses the second, gets her own rebound and banks in the buzzer beater to give McLean the shocking 45-44 victory over the Warhawks!

No. 1: With the clock winding down and Tuscarora trailing Broad Run by 1, Junior Alex Bailey goes the full length of the court and somehow, someway, gets the circus shot layup to fall as the Huskies stun the Spartans 47-46!
